The terms and conditions are for all online services from SelflovePleasure, including (online) coaching, consultations, once off recommendations, groups & communities, programs and courses, events, workshops, mostly referred to as “services” in this statement, and online Ebooks, guidelines, online courses, digital & physical products, workbooks and similar, which are referred to as "products".

Throughout the SelflovePleasure website, online courses, online platforms, services, programs, workshops, blog and in-person events, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SelflovePleasure. SelflovePleasure offers this website and all of its other sites, including all information, tools and services available from these sites to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, disclaimer, waives and notices stated here. Patricia Peters, previously known as Schwarz, (referred to also as Trisha) is the owner of SelflovePleasure (previously known as “Self-love & Pleasure with Trisha”, “Self-love with Trisha” & “Healthy with Trisha”). She is a registered Sole Trader with the ABN 87182571122. SelflovePleasure is GST registered for Australian consumers.
By visiting our sites and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our websites. By accessing or using any part of the sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the websites or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
1. Terms
1.1 General Terms and Conditions: the General Terms and Conditions used by SelflovePleasure, which are published on the website selflovepleasure.com . These General Terms and Conditions can also always be downloaded from the website.
1.2 Enrolment: enrolment for the Workshops, Courses, Lessons, Trainings, Communities, Schools, Memberships and Retreats organised by SelflovePleasure can be done through the website, or by direct communication with Patricia Schwarz (Trisha), and also paying the deposit or the total amount, either way both require Patricia’s approval and are subject to termination by SelflovePleasure. There is an enrolment agreement when Patricia (a.k.a. Trisha) from SelflovePleasure confirms the booking by sending a personal e-mail to the participant.
1.3 Participant: the person that participates in a Workshop, Course, Coaching Session, Lesson, Training, Community, Schools, Membership or Retreat organised by SelflovePleasure. The person that participates in collaboration, co-hosting, product reviews, promotions, advertisings, guest speaking and similar.
1.4 Deposit: in case a Workshop, Course, Coaching Session, Lesson, Training, Coaching, Community, Membership or Retreat are not paid in full at the time of enrolment, the participant pays a deposit, which counts as a deposit for access to the first level of the Workshop, Course, Curriculum, Coaching Session, Lesson, Membership, Community or Training.
1.5 SelflovePleasure is located in Brisbane, Queensland Australia, ABN 87182571122. When SelflovePleasure uses the terms “we” “us” or “I” it is referring to itself, the educational sole trader entity.
1.6 Price: the total price of the Workshops, Courses, Coaching Sessions, Membership, Community, Lessons, Trainings and Retreats, including the Deposit. Type of currency is stated with the price. GST is added for all Australian customers and clients.
1.7 Products & Services: the Workshops, Courses, Lessons, Trainings, Communities, Schools, Memberships, Digital content and Retreats organised by SelflovePleasure, including the in-person trainings required for certified completion of numerous SelflovePleasure offerings, will be referred to as “product & services” within the Terms and conditions. The “services” also include any reviews, blog posts, guest speakings, collaborations, co-hostings, promotions, advertisings and other & similar services offered by SelflovePleasure. The “products” also include any physical products that are offered within the store of SelflovePleasure online or in-person.
1.8 Participant: the person that has a confirmed enrolment and will be present at an in-person or online Workshop, Course, Coaching Session, Lesson, Membership, Community, Training or Retreat organised by SelflovePleasure. Participant also refers to any other brand, company and person working with SelflovePleasure through other services such as reviews, blog posts, promotions, advertising, guest speaking, co-hosting and similar.

2. Applicability
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all “products & services”. In case of sending an inquiry or booking request for a Workshop, Course, Coaching Session, Lesson, Training, Communities, Memberships, Digital content, physical product or Retreat, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and the payment conditions of this Workshop, Course, Coaching Session, Lesson, Training, Communities, Memberships, Digital content, physical product or Retreat.
2.2 SelflovePleasure may change these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions is always the valid version and is always available on the Website.
2.3 By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to access any of the websites or information made available by SelflovePleasure.
2.4 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
2.6 We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
3. Participation in a “service or product” and Registration fee
3.1 A Participant may participate in a “service or product” as mentioned after this participant has been approved by and registered with SelflovePleasure in advance and has paid the Price. Registration can be done via the Website or by e-mail to patricia@selflovepleasure.com
3.2 For some products and services, a so-called early booking or special discount applies. This reduced rate is valid until the date stated on the Website. After this date, the normal rate, also mentioned on the Website, applies without exception.
3.3 All in-person and online training& service & product costs are the responsibility of the participant including transportation to and from the venue, supplies, clothing, personal health insurance (which is mandatory), IT access, shipping, review product and so on.
3.4 If the participant is not comfortable, not enjoying, not satisfied with any component of the in-person or online products or services that is not the responsibility of SelflovePleasure. If the participant decides not to complete their services or products, they will not be given a refund.
3.5 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, products or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
4. Payment
4.1 Participation in a service or product must be paid prior to the activity to be followed. Payment can be made via a direct bank transfer to the bank account of SelflovePleasure, or can be made via PayPal, Paxum or any other way of payment method that is listed with the invoice or payment of the product. Type of currency is listed with the price (eg. USD or AUD). GST is added for Australian consumers & clients.
4.2 When participating in a service or product, the Deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after booking confirmation. The remaining amount of the Price must be paid in accordance with the agreed upon payment plan, and no later than 30 days before the start of the planned service or product.
4.3 For bookings that occur less than 30 days before the start of the service or product, the entire amount of the Price must be paid immediately (within 24 hours after booking confirmation).
4.4 In case of overdue payment SelflovePleasure has the right to cancel the booking. However, this does not release the participant from his payment obligation.
4.5 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4.6 Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, you will be given access to the first section/level/stage of the service or product. If you are not happy with the service or product, or if you are unsatisfied, you may terminate your payment plan at any time. You are responsible for ending your payments if you do not want to continue.
4.7 SelflovePleasure will try and keep the information available at all times to the best of its abilities, however occasional website maintenance or course updating means that you may occasionally not be able to view online content. Some digital content is downloadable, so at any time you may choose to download the course content to preserve your access.
4.8. Shipping costs will need to be covered by you for physical products. Shipping depends on country and product, please check prior if shipping is suitable with the product in your country and Australia. No cover will be taken for shipping damage, loss etc. There is no tracking offered, unless specified covered by customer with additional costs.
5. Cancellation of a service or product
Up to 7 days after booking the service or product, or up to 7 days after signing the agreement, or up to 90 days before the start of the service or product, the participant can cancel their presence for the service or product, for a refund minus the deposit, as long as they have not viewed/accessed any digital materials or received any services/work related to their service or product. After this period the following agreements apply:
5.1 Cancellation of participation in a planned service or product can only take place by e-mail. Please e-mail: patricia@selflovepleasure.com
5.2 Cancellation between 90 days and four weeks before the start: the participant will pay 75% of the Price;
5.3 Cancellation between 30 days before the start and the actual start: the participant will pay 100% of the Price;
5.4 In the event of cancellation by SelflovePleasure for well-grounded reasons, such as insufficient participants, illness of a member of the SelflovePleasure team or in case of force majeure, the participant will be offered an alternative service or product for the same monetary value (via a new contract) or the already (possibly only the deposit ) paid Price to SelflovePleasure will be refunded. The participant will always be informed of this cancellation at least 1 hour before the start of the service or product.
5.5 Participation in the program during the services and products is on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to refrain from the program to be followed. Withdrawal from participation in the program or a part thereof does not entitle the participant to reimburse the already paid Deposit and/or Price and the participant also has no right to a substitute activity.
7. Services and products and location
7.1 You can find the program of the services and products on the website. SelflovePleasure reserves the right to change the program at any time. Any changes will, as far as possible, be announced in advance by means of a message on the website and/or by text or e-mail.
7.2 The location where the service and products takes place can be found on the website or will be emailed. SelflovePleasure reserves the right to change the location at any time should this be necessary. If this is the case, the service or product will take place in a location with similar facilities. 8. Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
8.1 We are not responsible if information made available by SelflovePleasure is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. If you need medical advice for yourself or for your own client(s), you must speak with a medical professional as SelflovePleasure does not provide medical advice.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
9. Third-Party
9.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
9.2 Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties or guest lecturers. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties including guest lecturers. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
10. Own risk & Liability
10.1 Participating in any services, products and programs from SefllovePleasure is at your own risk. SelflovePleasure accepts no liability whatsoever for bodily injury, damage and/or loss of property related to carrying out the activities associated within the services and products. By participating in any service or product at SelflovePleasure, the Participant accepts this risk of an injury.
10.2 We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service or product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
10.3 We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service and product will be accurate or reliable.
10.4 You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
10.5 You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
10.6 In no case shall SelflovePleasure, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.7 SelflovePleasure does not certify or confirm the qualifications of any of the organisers, or staff, or volunteers, or sub-contractors, or agents to lead or manage or set-up activities nor are they trained to respond during an emergency by providing first aid, or CPR. The activities officially begin and end at the location(s) designated by SelflovePleasure. You are personally responsible for all risks associated with travelling to and from the beginning and end points of the activities.
If you decide to leave early and not to complete the service or procut as planned, you assume all risks inherent in your decision to leave and waive all liability against SelflovePleasure arising from that decision. Likewise, if the leader has concluded the activity, and you decide to go forward without the leader, you assume all risks inherent in your decision to go forward and waive all liability against SelflovePleasure arising from that decision.
10.8 You understand that physical activities involving physical exertion are part of a service or product online or in-person. You understand you should be in good general health, free from cardiovascular and respiratory disease, and have good exercise tolerance. If you have any prior knowledge of any physical or other issue which may affect your physical capacity to participate in the retreat activities, you agree to obtain your physician’s approval from the relevant medical professional, and to disclose these issues to SelflovePleasure before commencing the activities within the service and products.
10.9 To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to waive, discharge claims, and release from liability SelflovePleasure, its officers, directors, organisers, employees, sub-contractors, agents, volunteers and leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, even if caused by negligence of SelflovePleasure, its officers, directors, organisers, volunteers, employees, sub-contractors, agents, and leaders, in any way connected with this activity.
10.10 You further agree to hold harmless SelflovePleasure, its officers, directors, organisers, volunteers, employees, sub-contractors, agents, and leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on the activities, services or product. You understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying you on the activities.
10.11 This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. If any provision or any part of any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.
10.12 By using the SelflovePleasure website and/or participating in any of the SelflovePleasure services or products, you freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages.
It is a requirement of participating in SelflovePleasure in-person workshops, retreats & events that you have adequate health insurance, or the financial means, to cover the costs of any Injury or Illness which may occur during the workshop, retreat or event or as a result of your attendance or participation in any of the workshop, retreat and event activities.
10.13 SelflovePleasure offers trauma-informed insights and teachings, but is not a certified trauma specialist. If you feel that any past or current traumas are interfering with your ability to learn or participate in SelflovePleasure offerings, services and products, you agree to inform Patricia immediately and agree to please seek professional help. If you feel you are unable to continue, or a SelflovePleasure training provider or teacher determines that you are unable to continue in your course/studies/training/service/product etc for any reason (for example behavioural), you will need to leave the training/graduation/premises immediately, and you may also have your access to the online service and product paused indefinitely until there is a follow up dialogue with SelflovePleasure to evaluate reinstatement.
10.14 You accept physical products purchased through SelflovePleasure “as is” and “as available”. SelflovePleasure (Patricia) is not responsible or reliable for any abnormalities, issues, damage or faults with the product. Please ensure that the product is safe for your personal needs and use.
11. Medical disclaimer
11.1 The activities associated with the services and products offered by SelflovePleasure, including yoga, meditation & breath sessions, massages, somatic body practices and exercises, are intended as helpful activities and not as a replacement for medically necessary treatments or therapies. Always discuss physical and/or psychological complaints with a qualified specialist.
11.2 Always report to the supervisor of SelflovePleasure whether you have physical complaints prior to the activity related to the service or product. Perhaps the supervisor of SelflovePleasure can adapt the program to this or give individual exercises. Do not force anything and take physical complaints seriously. Participation is always at your own risk.
11.3 You declare that you refrain from claims against SelflovePleasure and its escorts for any injury and any damage that you may incur and that may be related to participation in the activities associated with the services or products.
11.4 Patricia is NOT a medical doctor or professional and SelflovePleasure is NOT a medical institution. Nothing about SelflovePleasure should be taken as medical advice. Patricia may offer suggestions regarding physical, mental & sexual health — in the form of suggested exercises, daily practices, etc. — but such information is merely intended for educational and informational purposes, and do not profess legitimate medical expertise. Furthermore, no recommendations or suggestions (whether specific or generic) should be regarded as medical diagnosis or treatment. For qualified advice regarding medical questions, please consult medical professionals. As with all physical, mental, spiritual & sexual activities, application of any related practices entails some degree of physical, sexual and mental risk. Be aware of your own capabilities and limits, both physical, sexual and mental, and act accordingly. If in doubt always consult with your healthcare practitioner before taking part in an any new exercises & practices - no matter which form they are.
12. Health statement
12.1 When registering, the participant must always state any physical and/or psychological complaints, as well as the use of medication. Physical and/or psychological complaints arising after booking the service or products must be reported to SelflovePleasure immediately.
12.2 Failure to provide this information, incomplete or incorrect, may result in exclusion from (further) participation. Any costs resulting from this will then be borne by the participant.
12.3 SelflovePleasure can, after requesting the booking, send a questionnaire or organize a short telephone interview to ask for any physical and/or psychological complaints. Based on this information SelflovePleasure can decide to exclude participants with severe physical and/or psychological complaints from the service or product. The activities offered during the services and products are intended as leisure activities and not as a replacement for medically necessary treatments or therapy.
13. Privacy policy
13.1 SelflovePleasure collects personal data from the Participants for its own customer base, for carrying out payment orders and for the administration of the applications. SelflovePleasure handles this collection of personal data carefully and always adheres to the provisions of the Privacy Law.
13.2 SelflovePleasure also uses the personal data collected in article 11.1 to inform the Participant of future activities of SefllovePleasure and any changes to, for example, the program or location. If the Participant does not (anymore) want to receive communication from SelflovePleasure, this can be communicated in writing via e-mail to patricia@selflovepleasure.com. The participant is aware that in that case all information, services and products of SelflovePleasure may not be used.
13.3 SelflovePleasure never transfers the personal data of the Participant to third parties without prior written permission.

14. Non-disclosure agreement
14.1 The inherently sensitive nature of SelflovePleasure services and products require that all participants do not share publicly or privately about any of the information, content, or experiences they have from SelflovePleasure services without explicit prior written consent from SelflovePleasure. In order to give you the best education, Patricia provides you with access into her inner circle of wisdom, information, and experiences. Once a service or product has been shared with you (either digitally or in person) you agree that if you have any negative, slanderous, disapproving, or concerned thoughts/reactions/complaints, that you will solely and directly communicate this with Patricia. This is to protect the delicate and fragile nature of women’s work. You also agree to not report the work, activities, practices, or information to any authority (for example, if you find the content disturbing, offensive, problematic, etc).
15. User comments, feedback, and other submissions
15.1 If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example a testimonial) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
15.2 We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
15.3 You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
15.4. SelflovePleasure has the right to decline and delete any comments made on the Blog or other digital content without further reasoning.
16. Applicable law and dispute resolution
16.2 Complaints must be communicated in writing and motivated to SelflovePleasure within 14 days after the service or product have taken place. The person complaining will receive a response within 14 days.
16.2 Any disputes relating to the General Terms and Conditions, services, programs and products at SelflovePleasure will be settled exclusively by a recognized mediator.
17. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
17.1 Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
18. Behaviour participant
18.1 SelflovePleasure expects the participants to behave respectfully towards each other and the organisation. In case of misconduct (drugs and excessive drinking, aggressive behavior, unwanted intimacies, coercion, manipulation, immaturity, unpleasantness, harassment, disruption of or preventing the flow of events, vandalism or theft), exclusion from further participation in the program, service and product will take place.
18.2 You will accept the instructions of the leader of the activity. You will accept the position of the leader of the training (for example, if they determine you are interrupting the proceedings of the training and ask you to leave or remove you from the online service).
19. Damage
19.1 Any costs because of damage will be covered by the person causing the damage.
20. Indemnification
20.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SelflovePleasure and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
21. Severability
21.1 In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
22. Termination
22.1 The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
22.2 These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.
22.3 If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
23. Entire Agreement
23.1 The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
23.2 These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. 26. Results of services or products
You understand that the results of the services and products cannot be guaranteed. You understand that in order to get the best results, you will have to commit 100% to the services. It is up to you to ensure you commit to the program and complete all education, activities and tasks to achieve the best results. You understand that results are individual and vary between each participant. There is no refund given for unsatisfied results.
You understand that product results are not guaranteed. Physical products are as seen and available.
27. Product reviews and Blog
27.1 All content is created by Patricia herself and are her own honest opinions.
27.2 Your product reviewer: Patricia is an honest pleasure product reviewer using her own experience and knowledge. Pleasure product reviews are personal according to Patricia's own likes and dislikes. The information given in Patricia's reviews are for informational purposes only and shouldn’t be seen as any kind of medical, legal, emotional, or formal expert advice. By using this information, you understand that there is no formal client relationship between you and Patricia.
27.3 You take full responsibility for your own actions when you decide to purchase a product based on the review given from Patricia. She is not responsible for the products. You take full responsibility to ensure the product is body safe, safe to use & appropriate for you. Please seek professional advice as needed & do your own research before using any toys/products. Patricia is not responsible for the safety or anything related to the products. Please ensure the products are safe to use, eg. body safe materials are 100% premium silicone, metal, treated wood, stone, crystal, ceramic and ABS plastic (externally). Not safe are materials such as (not limited to) Jelly, PVC, Rubber, TPE, TPR and "realistic skin labelled/unspecific materials". Her reviews are her own personal honest opinions, which means they are subjective - what Patricia likes does not mean that you will like as well & vice versa.
27.4 Patricia takes part in affiliation programs. Links and/or codes from her affiliation programs are used on her website and social medias. 27.5 Some products of the reviews are purchased by Patricia, some are gifted & some are sponsored (paid) reviews. Although Patricia is paid for the review, it does not affect her actual review. Patricia provides her honest and personal opinion for the reviews regardless.
27.6 Patricia's review is true to her best knowledge at the time of reviewing, but there might be errors or mistakes. Any information found within her reviews are not a substitute for professional advice. Despite her review information given, always read through the manufactures instruction guidelines of the product.
27.8 Sharing: You are allowed to share Patricia's blog posts links, when you link Patricia visibly in it. Meaning, if you share the blog post on social media, make sure you tag Patricia's correct account in the post or stories. You are allowed to quote a few lines of her work, however, if you want to use more than that, you will require her permission and if it is for commercial purposes, also payment.
27.9 Comments: Comments are under review before posting. I discard any comments that are offensive to other, spamming, off topic or otherwise not of benefit to the Blog.
28 Product reviews & collaborations, promotions, advertisings
28.1 Payments: Invoices will be provided when the product is received & confirmed that it is safe to review. All payments need to be fully completed before the review commences. Payments are in the currency as stated with the service price & preferred payment method is stated within the invoice. Please note that GST is included for all buyers within Australia. All payments are final and non-refundable.
28.2 Review: A review is usually completed within 4 weeks from the day the review costs are fully paid. However, please confirm with Patricia prior as there are times when more pleasure products are already in review. A review is also not guaranteed if no contact has been established prior to sending the product. Products received without an agreement reached prior will be considered a gift. Patricia won't accept paid/unpaid reviews from every company. Patricia is very selective in the companies she chooses to work with, and contacting her doesn’t automatically guarantee that she will agree to work with you. She has the right to refuse a paid/unpaid review when she believes that the company does not align with her values or when she receives the product & determines it not safe for review.
28.3 Products: Patricia reviews adult and pleasure products, including toys, kink & BDSM tools & furniture, but is also open to other adult, pleasure or feminine products such as lingerie, lubricants, menstrual products and other products such as fetish & active wear. Basically anything that aligns with her as a self-love & pleasure coach, educator & woman within her values, mission and moral clause.
Some adult toys that Patricia will not review are:
· Sex toys made with non body-safe materials
· Sex toys from retailers / manufacturers who are based solely on Amazon, eBay or similar websites
· Lubricants or toy cleaners that contain glycerin or parabens, or any other chemicals that aren't body safe.
28.4 Patricia reserves the right to not complete any review if she has concerns about the safety of the materials after receiving the product. Body safe materials that are preferred: 100% silicone, stainless steel, metal, stone/treated wood, certain glass and crystals, ABS plastic (external).
28.5 Patricia will not accept display products for the review. Patricia will not return/send back any products received for a review, or other service.
28.6 For lingerie, fetish wear, active wear and other clothing: Please make sure you provide the right clothing size, which Patricia will provide to you. If you provide it too small, you will have the option to send a bigger size to ensure that the content will be best.
28.7 Shipping: All shipping costs will need to be covered by you. Patricia is not responsible for anything related to the shipping. If the product doesn't arrive, goes missing or arrived damaged, Patricia is not hold accountable for this. Patricia cannot provide a review without a product. You can either send a new product or the review cannot proceed. A refund will not be given.
28.8 Content: Patricia's reviews are honest reviews & working with Patricia doesn't guarantee a positive review. Patricia will not change the wording of her reviews or delete the review or pay/return the item. Content created by Patricia are her own. Patricia holds the rights to her own content.
28.9 The Youtube review video link will be send to you prior to publishing and you get 24 hours to confirm the publishing of the video. If Patricia doesn't receive notice within 24 hours, Patricia will publish the video regardless. Content will be posted to the social medias as outlined in the service package. However, Patricia has the right to delete content if this is necessary due to social media community guidelines (eg. when social media flags a certain post, Patricia will have to remove it). Patricia will try to provide an alternative post within the guidelines then.
28.10 Adult content: Patricia has the right to use the products to create adult content for her adult sites. Patricia holds all rights to her own content.
28.11 Photos and Videos: Patricia holds the rights to her own created content, including photos and videos. Content created for the reviews can be shared with the company via drop box, google drive or messenger. Patricia allows the company to use the created content, as long as the company gives Patricia credit for it (eg. by tagging or linking her).
28.12 Sharing: You are allowed to share Patricia's blog posts links, when you link Patricia visibly in it. Meaning, if you share the blog post on social media, make sure you tag Patricia's correct account in the post or stories. You are allowed to quote a few lines of Patricia’s work, however, if you want to use more than that, you will require Patricia’s permission. If it is for commercial purposes, it might also requires a payment.
28.13 Stats, reach & sales: Patricia does not guarantee any engagement or audience reach. She does not guarantee click rate, conversion rates etc. Patricia can share her current audience and social media stats, however, please note that this doesn't mean you will have the same. Social media algorithm can change any day and depending on the post content, the reach & engagement can vary. Working in this niche includes a high risk of social media shadowbans etc. Patricia is not responsible for your sales made from her reviews, sponsored posts, promotions, ad space and any other related service within this. There is no guarantee in any click stats, audience reach, engagement or conversation rates.
28.14 Links & tagging: Patricia will link or tag your company in her review of your product on the Blog post. The links will be nofollow links. Patricia reserves the right to compare products by linking to her other reviews that may or may not feature another brand/store’s product. Links & tags are mentioned on all her pages from other companies. Patricia has the right to provide another link if you don't supply the product in her area or if you are out of stock/ceased the supply or your affiliate program with her has ceased or your business isn't aligning with her values & morals anymore. Multiple links/tags might happen when more than one product is showcased (eg. Patricia's best of/collection/top of). When your brand is tagged on Trisha’s social media’s (eg. Instagram or Twitter) - a share to your own Instagram story or Twitter re-tweet is appreciated.
28.15 Above that, Patricia has the right to link & promote her own business within the toy review content, eg. name her business & website & links in her review videos, blog posts and social media posts. Please note Patricia might be unable to use your link on her website, social media or YouTube channel, if your website is classed nudity or as content that violates the community guidelines. Unfortunately, due to YouTubes community guidelines, Patricia is unable to link your direct link of your adult toy retailer website. IG tagging of posts will be in the comment section as a pinned comment & not in the captions (due to Community guidelines).
28.16 Values, Mission & morality clause: Patricia has the right to refuse to work with you if she believes that you don't align with her values. Her mission is to help normalise self-pleasure and the use of body safe toys for everyone. Pleasure positive, non-judgmental, body & pleasure safe. Patricia reserves the right to (without warning) remove, withhold, and/or disclaim reviews, posts, or banners associated with companies (with no compensation to them) whose practices or reputation (marketing or otherwise) she later finds, in her opinion, to be sexist, racist, transphobic, homophobic, fat-shaming, condone non-consent or sexual harassment/assault, or are otherwise oppressive.
29 Fitness & Health & Wellbeing related
29.1 It is your own responsibility to ensure you are training in a safe environment, that you are using safe and appropriate equipment, safe and correct form and that you are wearing appropriate clothing to your training sessions within this program. It is your responsibility to ensure you are not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol to perform exercises safely and correctly while completing any workouts within the program.
29.2 You must inform Patricia of any relevant injury or illness and agree to obtain a medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning (or restarting) training programs if there are any medical or physical concerns. You understand that if you are concerned with your readiness to partake in training programs, you should seek professional medical advice before committing to the program.
29.3 You understand that you are responsible for monitoring your own condition throughout the program, and should any symptoms occur that are deemed unusual for you, you will cease your activity immediately and inform Trisha of the symptoms and seek medical professional advice.
29.4 Mental & emotional wellbeing: You understand that Patricia is not a qualified or certified psychologist and that her recommendations are not professional advice. Please seek professional advice as needed. Any recommendations that you follow for change in mindset, mental and emotional wellbeing are entirely your decision and your responsibility. You accept sole responsibility for the outcomes if you choose to adopt and/or use the systems, methods, ideas, concepts and opinions within the content of this program or product.

34 Breath Work related & Contraindications
34.1 Active breath work is a powerful healing modality and although usually a deeply relaxing and enjoyable process, it can result in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also intense physical and emotional release. Please be aware that sessions can cause and are not limited to:
Tingling.
Dizziness.
Trembling, shaking or other physical sensations.
Emotional experiences.
Experience of energy moving through your body.
34.2 As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing active breathwork:
Pregnancy first trimester
Detached retina or glaucoma
High blood pressure (not controlled with medication)
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen.
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes.
Respiratory issues / asthma.
Epilepsy / seizures.
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
34.3 It is crucial that you consult your healthcare provider before engaging in an active breathwork practice if you are unsure if it is a suitable practice for you.
34.4 Adhere to the following precept at all times: NEVER CONDUCT ACTIVE BREATHWORK ACTIVITIES IN PLACES WHERE LOSING CONSCIOUSNESS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS (e.g. in water, standing, whilst driving, etc.)
35 Waive and release
It is each participant’s responsibility to look after their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Patricia is not a medical practitioner. SelflovePleasure takes no responsibility for injury you may sustain as a result of participating in these sessions. By booking any of my sessions, memberships, services, programs etc. you accept the following waiver: “I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to those contraindicated above, that I must advise the facilitator/s. I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition physical, mental or emotional that could interfere with my judgment, or affect my health in any way during or after any and all session(s). I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting my health care provider or doctor in case I have or suspect to be suffering from a health problem. I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation and hereby waive and release SelflovePleasure (Patricia) from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in any programme or sessions. It is with this understanding that I voluntarily accept this waiver.”
