Shipping: Shipping was fast (it was within Australia express posting) & discreet. It didn’t state what was in it.

Package: The Moon Wand arrived with 2 other toys: a medium Piky plug and an Alien Tentacles Dildo. The Moon Wand was stored securely in its designed box, including charging cable & storage bag. You can watch the unpacking video on my YouTube channel.

What is it?: The Moon Wand is a wand pleasure toy, providing vibration for external and/or internal stimulation for vulva owners. However, also p-owners can have their fun with it. It has a base (the moon top), and therefore, could also be used for the back door.

Material: It states it is made from silicone. I had to let the Moon Wand air out for a day, because of a slight chemical smell that faded away after a day. The firmness shore is 25 – medium. The insertable wand part feels firm whereas the moon silicone part feels more flexible & squishier.

Measurements: The Moon Wand is about 12 inch long, with about 6.5inch that can be inserted. The insertable wand is about 4.3inch circumstances.

Functions: The Moon Wand provides 10 different vibration functions. Hold the on/off button for a few seconds to switch the vibration on. Single press to change the intensity/patterns. There are 2 different intensities and the other 8 are patterns. Hold the button for a few second again to switch off the vibration.

Noise: It is a very powerful motor and with that some noise is expected. You can listen to it on my YouTube video.

Charging: It is USB rechargeable via two magnetic ports. It requires about 1hr 20 min to fully charge and provides about 60 min play time.

Care: Due to the material (silicone), I cleaned it with mild soapy warm water and let it air dry. You could also use a compatible toy cleaner. It was easy to clean.

Waterproof: Yes, IPX 6 (meaning splash proof, but don’t take it in the bath tub)

Storage: The Moon Wand came with its own storage bag - yay. I store it in its storage bag and then with my other toys in my toy drawer. Make sure it is a cool, dark & dry place.

Lube: Due to the material (silicone), I used water-based lube with the moon wand. This made a sliding experience.

My experience summary: I had some fun reviewing the moon wand. The silicone feels very smooth & is easy to clean. The vibration of the moon wand is powerful! With that the moon wand isn’t very quiet. I used the moon wand on my body as a massager, which was really nice and then played with it internally and externally. I have to admit, I preferred the moon wand more for external pleasure rather than internal pleasure. Personally, it is a little too straight for me to provide amazing internal pleasure (I prefer a slight curve to hit the g-spot). Externally, I used it as a body massager, which was great and as a wand for clit stimulation. Though, I’m not a huge fan of powerful wand vibration clit stimulation, as it can quickly overstimulate me, the moon wand did get me there on one of the on/off interval settings. Love that they supply a storage bag. I think it is more a pleasure toy for people who are very keen on the anime themes and/or cosplays. It is a great wand for anyone preferring a straight internal vibrator or/and powerful external stimulation.
