Shipping: Shipping was within an appropriate time frame. The parcel stated “massager” on it. In case you are after discreet delivery; you might want to consider this. I feel that “Massager” is the secret code word for sex toy.. The parcel included 2 toys: the MerBear & the HeeTu.

Package: The MerBear was stored securely & sealed in its beautiful designed box. In this box I found the MerBear toy, 3 attachments, a charging cable & instruction manual.

What is it?: The MerBear is a discreet little clitoral stimulation toy. It is designed for vulva owners, however, any gender could make use of it. One side it has an opening for clitoral stimulation via sound waves (similar to the known air pulse/pressure toys). Their “sound wave net technology uses dynamically variable sound waves that resonate to our body, providing a more relaxing and therapeutic effect” – so they say. On the other side you have the option of attaching three different attachments & use the vibration for external stimulation on your body. It is designed like a cute little bear “toy” – not giving away that it is in fact a pleasure toy. Meaning, you could leave it out & no one would know unless they know or actually inspect it.

Material: The MerBear is made from abs plastic with a smooth yet ripple finish. The opening for the sound waves is made from silicone. It is detachable, which I find amazing to clean it properly. The 3 attachments for the vibration end are also made from silicone. The silicone material feels very smooth. The 3 attachments also have some texture on the top bits. The design is beautiful. It is available in the colour cloud & sky.

Measurements: It is palm size & light, which makes it a great size toy for on the go as well. I measured about 5 inch long and 100g weight.

Functions: The suction/sound wave net mode provides 5 different patterns/intensities. The vibration function provides 8 different vibration patterns/intensities. There are 2 buttons on the MerBear. One that looks a little like kissing lips, that’s for the suction/wave function. Hold this button for a few seconds to switch on or off, single press to change pattern. Then there is the "wave" looking button, which is for the vibration end. Longer press to switch on or off and single press to change the intensity/pattern.

Noise: The MerBear wave sound feature has some deep rumbling noise, which is my preferred one. The vibration is powerful & therefore comes with a little bit more sound, as you can hear in my review videos.

Charging: The MerBear is chargeable via the supplied USB charging cable – magnetic ports.

Care: Due to the material (silicone & Abs plastic), I cleaned it with mild soapy warm water. You could also use a compatible toy cleaner or cleaning wipes.

Waterproof: Yes, it is IPX7, which makes the cleaning easier & also provides the opportunity to use it under the shower if wanted.

Storage: The MerBear doesn’t come with a storage bag, but the toy can be closed around to cover the sound wave opening – making it an abs plastic cute looking bear, preventing collecting any dust on the opening. A little storage bag for the attachments would be have been great though.

Lube: Due to the material (silicone & abs plastic), I used water-based lube with it, especially for the vibration attachments for a more pleasurable experience.

My experience summary: I had a date with a bear - a cute bear! I really enjoyed my time with the MerBear. I love the cute design, it looks very discreet as it does not look like a pleasure toy, but also the material is great quality & body safe. It is waterproof, easy to clean, feels smooth and the silicone is also soft. I m a fan of the deep rumbling feature of the sound wave and as all air pulse/pressure toys, it didn't take me long to experience my orgasm. Thats why I started using the vibration with the attachments first. These are great to stimulate externally & to increase my arousal. I played with all three attachments, I loved the one with the two ends (that looks like an alien then to me). It was great to move up and down my vulva and clit area to hit all right nerve endings. Then changing over to the sound wave & OMG - pleasurable!
